At present, Haimen Base has a high-quality management and production team with reasonable organization, efficient operation and strong execution, and has more than 2,500 serving employees, with 47% having bachelor degree or above, including 104 professors, senior engineers, doctors and postgraduates.

The company has strong independent R&D and design capabilities, and has established a national and provincial enterprise technology center with 813 designers and an ocean engineering technology center dominated by 45 doctoral students. The company enhances technical capacity and support through the introduction of foreign experts, and cultivates reserve forces. At present, there are 17 foreign experts in Haimen Base, who are distributed in many important specialties such as planning, precision, interior decoration, electrical engineering, painting, technology, and research and development.
